Submit a Customer Request - Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Customer Request?

It is a Web based form that allows you to submit your inquiries online.

What is the difference between a Service Request and a Customer Request?

A Service Request is the term used to dispatch a technician and request service on your equipment. A Customer Request is the term used to submit your billing and contract inquiries.

What type of inquiries can I make through this form?

You can make inquiries about your invoice, modify or cancel your contract, make account changes (such as address updates) and request equipment relocations.

What if the form does not contain the reason that I am contacting IKON for?

Under Customer Support on our main web page, you can click on Ask IKON a Question and Provide Feedback in the Contact IKON Customer Care section and send any other inquiries to IKON via the Ask IKON form. You can also call IKON directly at 1.800.456.6457.

When should I call IKON at 1.800.456.6457 rather than submitting a Customer Request online?

You may contact IKON directly for questions that require immediate response such as payment details, information on your contract terms, how to find and submit a meter and all types of general inquiry questions. You may also submit these online however you will not receive an immediate response.

What is the advantage of submitting my request on line rather than calling 1.800.456.6457?

The online form gives you the flexibility to submit your requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without having to speak to a representative.
